The invention provides a quick response method of an elevator. The quick response method of the elevator comprises the following steps that (1) the step (2) is carried out after an elevator call is received and it is judged that the elevator is unloaded; (2) the step (3) is carried out if it is judged that the elevator ascends, or the step (4) is carried out; (3) the accelerated speed is increased when ascending is accelerated and the step (5) is carried out; (4) the accelerated speed is increased when descending is decelerated, and the step (5) is carried out; and (5) an operation curve is generated and the elevator is controlled to operate according to the operation curve. The purposes of increasing the elevator call response speed and shortening the elevator waiting time without cost are achieved on the condition of not changing existing mechanical and electrical hardware of the elevator; besides, the quick response method of the elevator basically has no use limiting condition and is suitable for most of elevators, and popularization is facilitated.
