The invention discloses a manual thruster for a ship. The manual thruster for the ship comprises a motor (1) and a propeller (2). The motor (1) is provided with an output shaft (11) and a connecting shaft (12). The bottom of the connecting shaft (12) is connected with a flexible shaft (15). The connecting shaft (12) and the flexible shaft (13) are sleeved with a first sleeve (14) and a second sleeve (15) respectively, and the second sleeve (15) is connected with the first sleeve (14) in the mode of rotating relative to the first sleeve (14). One end of a connecting rod (18) is connected with the second sleeve, and the other side of the connecting rod (18) is connected with a ship body. The connecting rod (18) can rotate in a plane perpendicular to the second sleeve (15) relative to the position connected with the second sleeve with the position connected with the ship body as the supporting point. After the structure is adopted, as the propeller (2) can rotate relatively through the connecting rod (18), steering is convenient during moving of the ship, the structure is simple, and operation is easy.
