A double-propeller electric ship relates to a ship, and comprises a ship body, and a left thruster and a right thruster which are the same in structure and are symmetrically arranged at left and right sides of the ship body; the left thruster comprises a motor, a propeller and a square tube; the square tube is defined by a left plate, a top plate, a right plate and a bottom plate, and the right plate directly adopts the middle of a left wall of the ship body; the top plate and the bottom plate are both horizontally arranged, and the left plate and the right plate are longitudinally vertically arranged; a backward included angle between the rotation plane of the propeller and the right plate is an acute angle; the rotation plane of the propeller is perpendicular to both the top plate and the bottom plate of the square tube; the square tube and the propeller are matched compactly; under the driving of the motor, the propeller can flexibly rotate in the square tube; the propeller of the left thruster and a propeller of the right thruster are the same in structure and opposite in rotation directions; the course of the ship can be controlled by adjusting the rotational speeds of the propeller of the left thruster and the propeller of the right thruster. Compared with a conventional propeller ship, the double-propeller electric ship is high in efficiency, low in resistance and good in stability, and particularly the resistance at high speed is smaller than that of the conventional ship.
