The invention discloses an electric automotive air conditioning system with mutually independent refrigerating cycle and heating cycle. The electric automotive air conditioning system comprises a refrigerating system and a heating system, wherein the refrigerating system and the heating system are mutually independent, and sequentially realize air heating and air refrigeration; the refrigerating system adopts a refrigerating agent R134a; the heating system adopts carbon dioxide as a refrigerating agent. The refrigerating system comprises an automotive internal evaporator, an automotive external heat exchanger, a first axial flow fan, a first expansion valve and an automotive air conditioning compressor. The heating system comprises a warm-wind core body, a carbon dioxide compressor, a second expansion valve, a second axial flow fan and an automotive external evaporator. During refrigeration, the refrigerating system independently performs refrigeration; during heating, the heating system independently performs heating; during demisting, the refrigerating system and the heating system operate at the same time. According to the electric automotive air conditioning system disclosed by the invention, the refrigerating efficiency and the heating efficiency of the electric automotive air conditioning system are improved, and the energy consumption is reduced, so that one-time charging mileage of an electric automobile is increased.
