The invention relates to a detecting system for road jamming degree based on remote sensing communication. The detecting system comprises a satellite remote sensing image receiving device, an automobile terminal data receiving device and a computer control device, wherein the satellite remote sensing image receiving device is used for receiving a road remote sensing image of a target road section sent by a remote sensing satellite; the automobile terminal data receiving device is used for receiving an automobile real-time speed sent by an automobile terminal on the target road section; and the computer control device is used for confirming the jamming degree of the target road section according to the road remote sensing image and the automobile real-time speed. Through the detecting system provided by the invention, the satellite remote sensing and the automobile real-time speed can be combined and used for confirming the jamming degree on the spot, and the weighted values of all factors for confirming the jamming degree can be arranged according to the thickness of the cloud.
