The invention relates to a road jamming level detection system based on remote sensing communication; the detection system comprises a satellite remote sensing image reception device, a vehicle terminal data reception device and a computer control device; the satellite remote sensing image reception device receives a road remote sensing image, sent by a remote sensing satellite, of a target road; the vehicle terminal data reception device receives a vehicle real time speed sent by a vehicle terminal in the target road; the computer control device determines a jamming level of the target road according to the road remote sensing image and the vehicle real time speed; the detection system combines the satellite remote sensing with the vehicle site speed so as to determine the site jamming level, and can set weight values of each factor in determining the jamming level according to cloud layer thickness.
