The invention discloses an elevator guide rail capable of reducing noise. The elevator guide rail comprises a guide rail body and a guide rail covering component, the guide rail body is arranged to be in an inverted-T shape, the guide rail body comprises a guide rail base and a guide rail protruding portion which is arranged to be perpendicular to the guide rail base, a cavity is formed in the guide rail body, a plastic pipe abutting against the guide rail body is arranged in the cavity, the remaining parts of the cavity are filled with rubber parts, the guide rail covering component comprises a first covering portion covering the guide rail base and a second covering portion covering the guide rail protruding portion, the first covering portion is fixed to the guide rail base through multiple first bolts, an oil groove is formed between the second covering portion and the guide rail protruding portion, an oil filler hole communicated with the oil groove and multiple rolling ball grooves are formed in the second covering portion, rolling balls are arranged in the rolling ball grooves, a second bolt is arranged in the oil filler hole, and a sealing part is arranged between the second bolt and the oil filler hole. By means of the elevator guide rail, noise can be greatly reduced, and the service life of the guide rail can be prolonged.
