The invention particularly relates to a blank balloon assembly on symmetric-layout rotorcrafts. The blank balloon assembly on the symmetric-layout rotorcrafts comprises a blank balloon, an inflation and deflation pump and an air storage tank. Modular packaging is adopted, and the blank balloon assembly can be rapidly arranged on the various symmetric-layout rotorcrafts. The air storage tank is connected with the inflation and deflation pump, the other end of the inflation and deflation pump is connected with the blank balloon, and inflation and deflation are dynamically controlled by a solenoid valve. The blank balloon assembly on the symmetric-layout rotorcrafts is designed modularly, can be rapidly arranged on the various symmetric-layout rotorcrafts and can be utilized repeatedly, inflation and deflation are carried out multiple times, the buoyancy of the rotorcrafts is dynamically controlled, the size of the balloon is adjusted manually/automatically, the hang time of the rotorcrafts is remarkably prolonged, the effective loads of the rotorcrafts are remarkably increased, and the high practical value is achieved.
