The invention relates to a clearness underwater human body search robot based on feature extraction. The clearness underwater human body search robot comprises a submersible vehicle body, a clearness processing device, a feature extraction device and a human body type recognition device. The clearness processing device, the feature extraction device and the human body type recognition device are all located on the submersible vehicle body. The clearness processing device is used for executing clearness processing on an underwater image. The feature extraction device is used for extracting underwater human body features of the underwater image where clearness processing is conducted. The human body type recognition device is used for determining human body types on the basis of the underwater human body features. By means of the clearness underwater human body search robot, the influences of underwater scattered light on the underwater image can be removed, and the underwater human boy search efficiency can be improved.
