The invention discloses an anti-collision device capable of being rapidly regulated and connected in an inserting manner. The anti-collision device comprises two reinforcing rods vertically arranged and an anti-collision frame body laterally arranged, wherein the two reinforcing rods are arranged on the back surface of the anti-collision frame body, and the bottom end of each reinforcing rod extends to a position under the anti-collision frame body; a regulating sleeve is arranged on the periphery of the bottom of the corresponding reinforcing rod, a fixing plate perpendicular to the corresponding reinforcing rod is arranged at the outer part of the corresponding regulating sleeve, and a tightening bolt facing the corresponding reinforcing rod is arranged on one side of the corresponding regulating sleeve. According to the anti-collision device capable of being rapidly regulated and connected in the inserting manner, disclosed by the invention, the fixing plates are mounted on a base beam in front of or behind a vehicle, and through the inserting matching between the reinforcing rods and the regulating sleeves, the anti-collision frame body can be rapidly regulated, mounted and fixed, so that the mounting efficiency and the applicability to the type of the vehicle are improved, and the use cost and the maintenance cost are reduced.
