The invention discloses a car inner and outer circulation self-adaptive switching method. The method comprises the steps that a carbon dioxide sensor is firstly arranged in a car, and smoke sensors are arranged inside and outside the car; if the concentration of smoke in the car is larger than or equal to a preset first smoke concentration threshold value, car air circulation is switched into outer circulation; otherwise, the concentration of smoke outside the car is acquired, and if the concentration of the smoke outside the car is larger than or equal to a preset second smoke concentration threshold value, car air circulation is switched into inner circulation; otherwise, the concentration of carbon dioxide in the car is acquired, and if the concentration of the carbon dioxide in the car is larger than or equal to a preset carbon dioxide concentration threshold value, car air circulation is switched into outer circulation; and otherwise, the state of a car air conditioner system is acquired, and if the car air conditioner system is turned on, car air circulation is switched into inner circulation. According to the method, design is simple, use is convenient, car inner and outer circulation switching is carried out automatically, the effect of an air conditioner is guaranteed, and meanwhile the freshness degree of air in the car is guaranteed.
