The invention discloses a bidirectional adjustment tow hook which comprises a fixed flat plate, a hollow lifting pipe and a hook. A hollow telescopic pipe is concentrically arranged in the hollow lifting pipe, and the hook is arranged at the front end of the hollow telescopic pipe. A first hydraulic damping rod pointing to the hollow telescopic pipe is arranged at the rear end of the hollow lifting pipe, and the end of a telescopic rod of the first hydraulic damping rod is connected with the rear end of the hollow telescopic pipe. Two guide rods pointing to the hollow lifting pipe are arranged at the bottom of the fixed flat plate, and two guide sleeves corresponding to the guide rods respectively are arranged at the top of the hollow lifting pipe. The fixed flat plate is connected with the hollow lifting pipe through a second hydraulic damping rod. In this way, according to the bidirectional adjustment tow hook, the hook is adjusted in the height direction and the length direction, use is convenient, and the application range is wide.
