The invention discloses an elastic-adjustment tow hook. The elastic-adjustment tow hook comprises a fixing panel, a first hollow tube and a hook, wherein the first hollow tube is arranged below the fixing panel; a second hollow tube is concentrically arranged in the first hollow tube; the hook is arranged at the front end of the second hollow tube, a blocking plate is arranged at the tail end of the first hollow tube, a spring connected with the tail end of the second hollow tube is arranged on the blocking plate, a bolt through hole is formed in the front part of the side wall of the first hollow tube, and one thread hole is formed in each of the front part and the rear part of the second hollow tube. With the adoption of the scheme of the elastic-adjustment tow hook, the hook can stretch and retract to change the overall length through cooperation of the first hollow tube and the second hollow tube, the driving safety of a vehicle is improved, and mounting and adjusting of a trailer are facilitated.
