The invention relates to a prefabricated brick clamping and moving device. The prefabricated brick clamping and moving device comprise a lifting frame and a clamping mechanism. A lifting ring is arranged at the upper part of the lifting frame. A steel cable is connected to the lifting ring. The upper part of the steel cable is connected with a reel. The reel is arranged on a support frame. The support frame is arranged on a base. Moving wheels are arranged at the lower part of the base. The clamping mechanism is arranged below the lifting frame. The clamping mechanism comprises a left clamping mechanism and a right clamping mechanism. Each of the left clamping mechanism and the right clamping mechanism comprises a hydraulic cylinder, a piston rod, a folding rod and a clamping plate. The hydraulic cylinder is hinged to the lifting frame and is connected with a hydraulic control system. The folding rod comprises an upper branch rod and a lower branch rod. The upper branch rod is hinged to the piston rod. The lower branch rod is hinged to the clamping plate. The connecting part of the upper branch rod and the lower branch rod is hinged to the lifting frame. As the clamping mechanism adopts a parallelogram mechanism, when the two piston rods move downwards, the two clamping plates stretch out. When the two piston rods move upwards, the two clamping plates move towards the inner side in parallel, thereby clamping prefabricated bricks. The reel rotates upwards, the steel cable is wound up, and the prefabricated bricks are lifted.
