The invention discloses an automobile and a transmission rear suspension structure thereof. The transmission rear suspension structure comprises a vibration reduction rubber block, a first supporting plate installed on the upper surface of the vibration reduction rubber block, and a second supporting plate installed on the lower surface of the vibration reduction rubber block. A first via hole is formed in the first supporting plate, a second via hole is formed in the second supporting plate, a T-shaped liner and a vertical barrel portion of the T-shaped liner penetrate through the two via holes, a transverse plate of the T-shaped liner is in lap joint with the first supporting plate, and a limiting bolt penetrates through the vertical barrel portion and is connected with a nut in a fastened mode below the lower surface of the second supporting plate. According to the structure, the vibration range of the vibration reduction rubber block is limited, a failure caused by the fact that the vibration amplitude exceeds the stretching limit allowed by rubber is avoided, and the good vibration limiting effect is achieved; the structure is compact, the occupied space is reduced, and the whole automobile layout is optimized; meanwhile, the situation that a gearbox interferes with corresponding parts around due to excessive vibration of the gearbox is avoided, the vibration amplitude of a rear suspension is adjusted, and then the structure for vibration amplitude adjustment is simple and easy to achieve.
