PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance degree of freedom of mounting a damper bracket 70 and to enhance support rigidity with respect to a damper 80 of a damper bracket 70.SOLUTION: Each trailing arm 12 has: a U-shaped cross section: and inside and outside panels 20 and 30 in which U-shaped openings are joined in a state of facing each other in a vehicle width direction. The damper bracket 70 coupled to each trailing arm 12 has a first member (one of inside and outside damper brackets 71 and 72) and a second member (the other of the inside and outside damper brackets 71 and 72) disposed in a state facing the first member in the vehicle width direction. The first member is coupled to a side wall part of one panel of inside and outside panels 20 and 30. The second member is coupled to an upper wall part of the other of the inside and outside panels 20 and 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
