The invention discloses an electric vehicle heat pump air-conditioning system. The electric vehicle heat pump air-conditioning system comprises a heat exchanger outside the vehicle, a heat exchanger inside the vehicle, a gas-liquid separator, a compressor, a condenser inside the vehicle, a three-way valve, a throttling device, a magnetic valve, an air flue and the like; due to the fact that the heat exchanger inside the vehicle and the condenser inside the vehicle are arranged in the vehicle, the heat exchanger outside the vehicle is arranged outside the vehicle, controlling is conducted through the components such as the compressor, the gas-liquid separator and the magnetic valve, and switching between a refrigeration mode and a heating mode of the electric vehicle heat pump air-conditioning system is achieved; due to the fact that a first air inlet used for entering fresh air and a second air inlet used for entering recirculating air inside the vehicle which are in the air flue are arranged together, preheating treatment and precooling treatment of the recirculating air inside the vehicle are conducted on the fresh air through a draught fan, the fresh air load can be effectively reduced, the refrigerating capacity and the heating capacity which are needed by the heat pump air-conditioning system are reduced, and the power consumption of the heat pump air-conditioning system is reduced. The electric vehicle heat pump air-conditioning system is simple in structure, high in heating efficiency, strong in heating capacity, low in power consumption and high in system safety.
