The invention discloses a novel guide-pipe-type propeller. The novel guide-pipe-type propeller comprises blades, a propeller hub, a rotating shaft and a guide pipe. The blades are fixedly installed on the propeller hub. A shaft hole is formed in the propeller hub. The propeller hub is connected with the rotating shaft through a key. The guide pipe is composed of a pipe body, supporting ribs and a positioning ring. The pipe body is connected with the supporting ring through the supporting ribs. The pipe body is arranged outside the blades. Gaps are reserved between the inner ring of the pipe body and the outermost edges of the blades. The positioning ring is installed on the rotating shaft. The novel guide-pipe-type propeller is reasonable in structural design; the guide pipe of the propeller can rotate relative to the rotating shaft; and due to the structure, the acting force generated when the blades rotate at a high speed can be effectively balanced to prevent the guide pipe and the blades from being collided, and the long service life of the propeller is effectively guaranteed.
