The invention discloses an arrangement method for a double-layer bottom of a self-elevating type drilling platform. The double-layer bottom comprises a platform bottom plate, a mechanical deck and a platform peripheral plate. A first pile leg, a second pile leg and a third pile leg are arranged on a bow of the platform bottom plate, the port of the bow and the starboard of the bow respectively. Fifteen pre-pressing water loading tanks, six pre-pressing water loading-drilling water common cabins, two pre-pressing water loading-deck water draining common cabin, one pre-pressing water loading-buffering common cabin, two fresh water tanks, two fuel cabins, one drilling water cabin, one saline cabin, one base oil cabin, one cabin bottom water cabin, one dirty oil tank, two sea chests, one pipe tunnel and two pipe channels are further arranged on the platform bottom plate. Compared with the prior art, with the design, pipes and valves can be arranged in a dry hollow cabin in a concentrated mode, daily operation and maintenance are convenient, in addition, the purchasing and building cost of the pipes and the valves is easily reduced, and better profit space is created for platform builders.
