The invention discloses a plane road intersection dispersion system without a left turn conflict. A left turn guiding channel having a certain distance from stopping lines is arranged at a left-most lane in any driving direction of an intersection, a left turn waiting zone is arranged at an right-most lane of an inverted road of the same intersection, and the left turn guiding channel and the left turn waiting zone are connected. Left moving stopping lines and left moving traffic lights are arranged at the entrance of the left turn guiding channel. By utilizing the idle time that no vehicles are on the inverted road when the straight driving direction is in a red light period, left-turning vehicles are enabled to stop at the right-most side of the inverted lane, left turning is finished by one time during the red light period of the intersection, and no conflicts are generated between opposite vehicles. According to the invention, the smooth passing requirements of the straight-driving and left-turning vehicles are satisfied, the crossing conflicts and accidents of vehicles are reduced, and the vehicle passing capacity of the intersection is effectively improved.
