The invention relates to torpedo transporting devices, in particular to a multifunctional torpedo transporting device. The multifunctional torpedo transporting device is provided with a transporting car, a slewing mechanism, a rear arm oil cylinder, a rear arm, a front arm oil cylinder, a front arm, a frame swinging oil cylinder, a swinging frame, a clamping arm oil cylinder, a pump station system, a torpedo stacking block and a control system. The slewing mechanism is arranged on the transporting car. The rear arm oil cylinder and the rear arm are arranged on the slewing mechanism. The rear arm is driven by the rear arm oil cylinder. The rear end of the front arm is connected with the front end of the rear arm. One end of the front arm oil cylinder is installed on the front arm. The front arm oil cylinder drives the front arm to move. One end of the frame swinging oil cylinder is installed at the front end of the front arm. The other end of the frame swinging oil cylinder is arranged on the back face of the swinging frame. The back face of the swinging frame is connected with the front end of the front arm. The swinging frame achieves the swinging function through the frame swinging oil cylinder. The two ends of the front face of the swinging frame are fixedly provided with an upper clamping arm and a lower clamping arm respectively. The clamping arm oil cylinder is arranged between the upper clamping arm and the lower clamping arm. The front end of the upper clamping arm and the front end of the lower clamping arm are each fixedly connected with a clamping plate. The pump station pump, the torpedo stacking block and the control system are arranged on the transporting car.
