The invention relates to the technical field of torpedo recovery, and discloses a torpedo recovery device which comprises a bearing main body, and a holding and righting mechanism, a posture righting motor, a light floating body, a propeller and a monitoring mechanism which are arranged on the bearing main body, the holding and righting mechanism can be driven by the posture righting motor to rotate around a hinge shaft of the holding and righting mechanism and the load-bearing body so as to align the torpedo, the light floating body provides buoyancy for the load-bearing body, and the propeller can drive the load-bearing body and the accessory structures to move in water so as to be close to or away from the torpedo. The monitoring mechanism locates the position of the torpedo through image recognition and monitors the torpedo in the movement process of the holding and righting mechanism so as to prevent the torpedo from being touched. Compared with the prior art, the torpedo recycling device achieves full-automatic recycling operation of the torpedo, manual field operation is avoided, the recycling efficiency is remarkably improved, and meanwhile due to unmanned operation, the torpedo recycling device is suitable for recycling operation of various water areas, meets torpedo operation recycling operation under high sea conditions and is high in environmental adaptability.
