Provided is a planetary gear differential steering device for a tracked vehicle. A steering shaft is installed on a box and sleeved with a differential steering left gear and a reversing idler. The lower portion of the reversing idler is sleeved with a sleeve. A hydraulic motor is installed between the steering shaft and a sun gear type supporting shaft. One end of the sun gear type supporting shaft is sleeved with a left track drive shaft, the other end of the sun gear type supporting shaft is sleeved with a right track drive shaft, and power is output to drive a left track driving mechanism and a right track driving mechanism to travel. Outer teeth are machined on the outer end face of the sun gear type supporting shaft. The middle of the sun gear type supporting shaft is sleeved with a main speed-reducing driven gear. A right planetary gear mechanism is installed on one side of the main speed-reducing driven gear. A left planetary gear mechanism is installed on the other side of the main speed-reducing driven gear. A motor gear is installed on a motor drive shaft of the hydraulic motor and is meshed with the reversing idler. A differential steering mechanism is directly driven through the hydraulic motor, and the problems that an existing tracked vehicle generates lateral deviation resistance during driving and mud blocks the vehicle when the vehicle steers on the field edge are effectively solved.
