The invention discloses an automatic navigation system for conventional parking spaces, and the system comprises a plurality of parking spaces, a vehicle passage, and an indication system controller. Each parking space is provided with a vehicle detection sensor, and a parking space information display screen is disposed above an entrance of the parking spaces. The ground is provided with a vehicle running recording device, and the outside is provided with a parking space monitoring system. The indication system controller enables the parking space information to be transmitted to the parking space information display screen for display. The system also comprises an upper computer prompt system, and the upper computer prompt system comprises a voice prompt module and an interface prompt module, which are disposed in a vehicle navigation system. The voice prompt module enables the parking space information to be prompted through voice, and the interface prompt module achieves prompt through the display of the real-time information of parking spaces. Two sides of the vehicle passage are provided with electronic indication road signs, so as to indicate a vehicle to arrive at a parking space along the road signs. The electronic indication road signs are in wireless connection with the controller. The system can achieve direct navigation and can quickly find a parking space.
