The invention relates to the field of automobile manufacture, in particular to a child hypoxia protection device started by in-car impact for a passenger car. The child hypoxia protection device comprises a control system, an in-car oxygen monitoring system, a critical oxygen content alarm system and an emergency disposal system. When parking time exceeds 30 minutes and car doors and windows are closed tightly, an in-car impact control device is used for starting the child hypoxia protection device after receiving impact of a child in the car. The control system is used for making a comparison between monitored oxygen content and the critical oxygen content after receiving data on oxygen content monitored by the in-car oxygen monitoring system in a real-time manner. When the oxygen content in the car reaches or below the critical oxygen content, the critical oxygen content alarm system is started and the emergency disposal system is started as well. Therefore, life safety of the child locked in the car is effectively ensured.
