The invention relates to the field of automobile manufacture, in particular to a child high-temperature protection device started by in-car audio frequency for a passenger car. The child high-temperature protection device comprises a control system, an in-car temperature monitoring system, a critical temperature alarm system and an emergency disposal system. A child hypoxia protection device is started by an audio frequency control device arranged on the side wall or a seat in the car. When parking time exceeds 30 minutes and car doors and windows are closed tightly, the audio frequency control device is used for starting the child hypoxia protection device when receiving a high-frequency sound stimulus having over 60 decibels in the car. The control system is used for making a comparison between monitored temperature and the critical temperature after receiving data on oxygen content monitored by the in-car temperature monitoring system in a real-time manner. When temperature in the car reaches or below the critical temperature, the critical temperature alarm system is started and the emergency disposal system is started as well. Therefore, life safety of the child locked in the car is effectively ensured.
