The invention discloses a tubeless pneumatic wheel, and relates to the technical field of designing and manufacturing of transport vehicle wheel structures. An annular closed metal air pressure chamber combined with a wheel hub to form one body is adopted to inflate, so the tubeless pneumatic wheel can bear larger air pressure than a rubber tire, single wheel load is increased, the tire burst risk is reduced, and the service life of the wheel is prolonged. Cylindrical piston sleeves connected with the annular closed metal air pressure chamber are equidistantly arranged to form the spoke of the wheel hub, one end of a piston connecting rod supports a spring, and the other end of the piston connecting rod traverses through a metal outer wheel hub and is connected with a movable tile to support a rubber outer wheel, so alleviation of vehicle shock and enhancement of friction force between the tire and ground are realized under dual action of air pressure and the spring. The internal and external diameter specifications, the tire width and the installation and inflation modes of the tubeless inflation wheel are consistent with those of rubber inner tire-containing wheels.
