The invention relates to a running-safety monitoring system for a vehicle. The running-safety monitoring system comprises a wind-speed sensor, a wind-direction sensor, a rain gauge, a vibration sensor, a temperature sensor, an analog-digital converter, a control terminal and a displayer, wherein the wind-speed sensor, the wind-direction sensor, the rain gauge, the vibration sensor and the temperature sensor are connected with the analog-digital converter; the analog-digital converter converts analog signals into digital signals and transmits the digital signals to the control terminal; the control terminal displays current control information on the displayer. According to the running-safety monitoring system disclosed by the invention, the wind-speed sensor, the wind-direction sensor, the rain gauge, the vibration sensor and the temperature sensor transmit monitored data to the analog-digital converter; the analog-digital converter converts analog signals into digital signals and transmits the digital signals to the control terminal; after the control terminal performs data processing, the current suitable running speed per hour is displayed on the displayer. A driver of a high-speed train can obtain the running speed per hour, and the speed per hour of the vehicle can be regulated in real time, so that the safe running coefficient of the vehicle can be greatly increased.
