The invention relates to an automobile seat delayed shock absorber. The automobile seat delayed shock absorber comprises an upper base plate and two lower groove blocks. Two cavity springs are arranged between the base plate and the groove blocks. Each cavity spring is provided with an upper cover and a lower cover which are buckled to each other. A spring is arranged in a cavity formed by each upper cover and the corresponding lower cover. The upper ends of the upper covers are movably connected with the base plate. The lower ends of the lower covers are movably connected with the groove blocks. The upper covers or the lower covers are provided with air holes. Each air hole is provided with a small-end-up wedged hole. The lower portions of the wedged holes are sealed, so that hole cavities are formed. Polyhedral-structure plugging blocks are arranged in the hole cavities. The plugging blocks in the wedged holes can be driven by airflow to not totally plug the wedged holes under the condition that the air release speed is too high, and therefore the air release speed can be inhibited and vibration frequency can be further controlled and interfered with. When the base plate inclines to one cavity spring, the corresponding spring is compressed, the spring on the other side can generate a certain back-to-direction force through the drawing force of the spring, and therefore the inclination degree of the base plate can be reduced.
