The invention relates to an escalator glass clamping element support and belongs to the technical field of escalators. The escalator glass clamping element support comprises a mounting frame and a clamping device. The clamping device comprises a lower plate, an upper plate, a push plate and a glass bracket. One side of the push plate is in contact with a V-shaped block of a sliding block. The other side of the push plate is in contact with a clamping bolt. After glass is mounted on the glass bracket, the clamping bolt is tightened and made to move inwards and acts on the push plate. The push plate rotates upwards around a rotary shaft hole and pushes the sliding block to move upwards along a baffle, and then the glass is clamped tightly. By means of the structure, the escalator glass clamping element support is high in mounting strength, applicable to clamping and mounting of glass of a large heavy-loading escalator and accurate in positioning, and the operation stability of an escalator system is guaranteed; moreover, after mounting is completed, the escalator is more attractive in overall structure; the escalator glass clamping element support is provided with the automatic clamping device, and therefore the cumbersome step that clamping is achieved by tightening bolts is omitted in the assembly process; the escalator glass clamping element support is formed in a casting mode, the assembly process is simple, and the escalator glass clamping element support is suitable for mass production.
