The invention provides an endoscope-based unmanned aerial vehicle component bonding defect detection and repair method which is used for detecting and repairing a glue lacking region which cannot be directly repaired in an unmanned aerial vehicle body structure. The method comprises the steps that firstly, an endoscope is stretched into a vehicle body and detects the glue lacking region; secondly, a spray nozzle of an air pump or a dust collector is stretched into the region to conduct dust collection; thirdly, the placement posture of the vehicle body is adjusted to make an opening of the glue lacking region face upwards; fourthly, a hose containing glue is stretched into the region, and the glue is injected through a needle tube and automatically flows into the glue lacking region under the action of gravity.
