The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle for rail defect detection, which comprises a power system for providing power required by flight of the unmanned aerial vehicle; a flight control system is connected with the power system and used for controlling the attitude stability of the unmanned aerial vehicle, managing the unmanned aerial vehicle to execute tasks and dealing with emergencies; a communication navigation system is connected with the flight control system and used for transmitting information in the working process of the unmanned aerial vehicle; a task load system is connected with the flight control system, a program of the rail defect detection method is preinstalled in the task load system, and the position and the defect type of the rail defect are determined according to the method; and a launching and recovering system is used for ensuring that the unmanned aerial vehicle smoothly lifts off to fly at a safe height and speed and safely falls back to the ground from the sky after the task is executed. The unmanned aerial vehicle can detect the defects of different scales of the rail, can judge the types of the defects, and solves the problem of missing detection of tiny defects; meanwhile, the detection speed and precision can be improved, and real-time detection is realized.
本发明公开了一种用于铁轨缺陷检测的无人机,包括:动力系统,用以提供无人机飞行所需要的动力;飞行控制系统,与动力系统连接,用以控制无人机的姿态稳定、管理无人机执行任务、处理紧急状况;通信导航系统,与飞行控制系统连接,用于无人机工作过程中的信息传输;任务载荷系统,与飞行控制系统连接,且任务载荷系统中预装有铁轨缺陷检测方法的程序,根据方法确定铁轨缺陷的位置以及缺陷类别;发射回收系统,用以保证无人机顺利升空以达到安全的高度和速度飞行,并在执行完任务后从天空安全回落到地面。本发明的无人机可以检测铁轨不同尺度的缺陷、能够判别缺陷的种类、解决对微小缺陷的漏检问题;同时,可以提高检测速度和精度,实现实时检测。
