Provided is a crawler-type multisection solar transportation robot. The transportation robot is composed of at least two single-section transportation robot bodies and connecting mechanisms. Every two adjacent transportation robot sections are connected through the corresponding connecting mechanism, and solar cell panels are laid on the upper portions of movable supporting plates, the sides, towards the centers of the robot bodies, of side rotary baffles, the sides, towards the centers of the robot bodies, of side folding supporting plates and the upper portions of connecting folding supporting plates respectively. The robot is composed of the single-section crawler-type solar transportation robot bodies, side plates of each transportation robot section can be turned to crawler belts, and the crawler belts have the supporting function. Therefore, the expansion area is enlarged, and the solar energy collecting rate is improved. The side plates can be folded when the transportation robot is not used, and the occupied area is reduced. The solar cell panels in the transportation robot are all supported by air cylinders, and different compartments can be formed according to needs; the solar cell panels can be lifted to the top ends to prevent the baffles on the two sides from blocking light, and then generating capacity is improved.
