The invention relates to an overturn-preventing undercarriage for a rotor aircraft. The overturn-preventing undercarriage for the rotor aircraft is installed on aircraft supports. The overturn-preventing undercarriage for the rotor aircraft is characterized by comprising an undercarriage having a circular section; the undercarriage is fixed to the bottoms of the supports. According to the invention, the undercarriage is arranged to be circular, the center of gravity of the undercarriage and the center of gravity of the aircraft are located at the same center of gravity line, overturn accidents of unmanned aerial vehicles are avoided during taking off or landing and the service life of the aircraft is prolonged.
