The invention relates to an anti-overturn undercarriage structure of an unmanned aerial vehicle. The anti-overturn undercarriage structure comprises a circular base ring, wherein an unmanned aerial vehicle main body is arranged in the center of the base ring; the base ring and the unmanned aerial vehicle main body are connected through a plurality of arc-shaped rods which are uniformly arranged along the center of the base ring; outward bending arc-shaped connecting ends far away from the center of the base ring are arranged at the lower ends of the arc-shaped rods, and fixedly connected with the base ring; the base ring and an unmanned aerial vehicle frame are connected through a plurality of inclined supporting rods which are uniformly arranged along the center of the base ring. The anti-overturn undercarriage structure wholly adopts a circular bracket, so that accidents at takeoff and landing of the unmanned aerial vehicle can be well avoided; through the adoption of the anti-overturn undercarriage structure, the unmanned aerial vehicle can more quickly find the center axis while landing so as to avoid overturn accidents.
