The invention discloses a traction distributing method and system for a power-distribution train. The traction distributing method comprises the following steps: determining the current moving train of a target train ; acquiring the parameter information of the current moving train; calculating the axle weight transfer of four axles of the current moving train according to the acquired parameter information; calculating the current axle weight of the four axles of the current moving train according to the axle weight transfer of four axles of the current moving train; distributing the traction of the four axles of the current moving train according to the current axle weight of the four axles by utilizing an electrical control compensation technology. According to the traction distributing method disclosed by the invention, the traction of the four axles is distributed by utilizing the electrical control compensation technology, so that the output torque of a traction motor with light axle weight can be decreased according to the reducing amount of axle weight, and the output torque of a traction motor with large axle weight can be increased according to the increasing amount of axle weight; therefore, the output torque of the traction motor is matched with the axle weight, and the purposes of optimizing adhesion utilization and guaranteeing the total traction to be optimally utilized are realized.
