Provided is a vehicle collision impact preventing device. An impact sensing device (2) is arranged on the front portion of a vehicle (1). A collision preventing device (3) is arranged on the front portion of the vehicle. A set of tough meshed structure (4) can be popped up from the collision preventing device (3). The impact sensing device (2) monitors the impact condition continuously when the vehicle runs, the collision preventing device (3) is started instantly when the vehicle is impacted, the tough meshed structure (4) is popped up due to impact, and collision objects generated by a front vehicle are blocked by the meshed structure (4) and cannot penetrate through and enter the current vehicle. A remote reminding device (5) is arranged and is used for sending reminding information containing locating information to an appointed number instantly when the collision preventing device (3) is started. When intense collision of vehicles happens, the collision preventing device (3) is started instantly to effectively block impact objects from the front vehicle, and harms which may be generated by vehicle collision are reduced.
