The invention provides a vehicle-mounted tower-type aerial working system which comprises a supporting platform on a chassis. A folding tower crane and a control box connected with the folding tower crane are arranged on the supporting platform, the folding tower crane comprises a telescopic tower body, one end of the telescopic tower body is rotatably connected with the supporting platform in the vertical direction, and the other end of the telescopic tower body is connected with a horizontal rotary arm structure through a full-rotating piece. The horizontal rotary arm structure comprises a horizontal suspension arm at one end of a rotary connecting piece and a weight arm at the other end of the rotary connecting piece, the lower portion of the horizontal suspension arm is connected with a suspension connecting piece in a sliding mode, and winches for paying off and winding up traction pieces are arranged on the upper surface of the weight arm. A horizontal arm stretching support is arranged at the top of the horizontal rotary arm structure and arranged on the same straight line as the telescopic tower body, and the horizontal arm stretching support is connected with the horizontal suspension arm and the weight arm through the traction pieces. The system carries out work and transfer at any time and any where, mounting cost is low, work efficiency is high, and manpower and material resources are greatly saved in small engineering construction.
