The invention discloses a deflection prevention mechanism used for a tail slipping sling. The deflection prevention mechanism comprises a clamp (1), a guide block (2) and a pin shaft (3). The clamp (1) is connected with the guide block (2) through the pin shaft (3) and comprises an upper clamping piece (10) and a lower clamping piece (11). The lower clamping piece (11) comprises a circumferential direction adjustment arm (13) and a guide block connection arm (14). A circumferential direction adjustment bolt (131) is arranged on the circumferential direction adjustment arm (13). An annular plate adjustment supporting plate (141) is arranged on the guide block connection arm (14). The guide block (2) comprises a horizontal guide block (20) and a vertical guide block (21). The horizontal guide block (20) can move along the vertical guide block (21) in the vertical direction. The detachment-free and integrated transportation is achieved; due to the guide block, a tank body can not move in the horizontal direction in the tank body hoisting process, and the deflection problem caused when the tank body is eccentric in the hoisting process is solved.
