The invention relates to a novel underwater biomimetic robot propelling plant and belongs to the field of propelling units of an underwater robot. The novel underwater biomimetic robot propelling plant comprises a force bearing unit, a force application unit, a base, an upper supporting plate and a lower supporting plate. The force bearing unit comprises a tail fin, a tail fin connection rod, a rotation shaft, a permanent magnet and a permanent magnet fastening frame. The force application unit comprises a magnetic coil, an iron core and a waterproof connector. According to the novel underwater biomimetic robot propelling plant, the design difficulty of a biomimetic robot can be simplified, the traditional propelling mode that a propeller and a tail fin cooperate with each other is modified, the practical application performance of the biomimetic robot is improved, and the specific technological problems of underwater power supply and power inversing are solved. The novel underwater biomimetic robot propelling plant has important theoretical significance and practical application value on development of underwater biomimetic robots.
