The invention provides a swinging scooter at least comprising a vehicle frame, a vertical pipe, a handle, a front wheel, at least two carrying rods, a flexible link mechanism, at least two back wheels, at least two pedals, at least two auxiliary wheels and at least two swinging assemblies. The vertical pipe, the handle and the front wheel are combined to the front end of the vehicle frame; the flexible link mechanism is connected between the vertical pipe and the carrying rods to provide swinging twisting force for the carrying rods; the back wheels are respectively arranged on positions close to the back ends of the carrying rods; the pedals are arranged on the carrying rods; the auxiliary wheels are both placed behind the back wheels; when the front wheel and the back wheels have contact with the ground, the height of the auxiliary wheels is higher than a proper height of the ground; and the swinging assemblies are connected between the carrying rods and the back wheels. During the use, the front end of the scooter can lift up except for the common use states of the contact between the front and back wheels and the ground; and the back wheel and the auxiliary wheels have contact with the ground, so use amusement is increased.
