A post lifting method of an improved acid continuous rolling mill is characterized by comprising the following steps that a, lifting feasibility of an oval lifting lug is recognized; b, the oval lifting lug is designed and manufactured; and c, a post is erected to be lifted in place, and lifting is completed. The post lifting method of an improved acid continuous rolling mill has the advantages that a new mounting path is opened up for the mounting field of the acid continuous rolling mill, and the creative oval lifting lug is exquisite in design, convenient to manufacture, easy to operate, and safe and reliable in construction; the construction time is greatly shortened, the measurement cost is greatly reduced, the labor intensity of a worker is reduced, and the construction cost is reduced.
