The invention relates to the technical field of equipment installation, in particular to a lifting lug-free rolling mill housing hoisting device and method.The lifting lug-free rolling mill housing hoisting device comprises a first workpiece and a second workpiece, the first workpiece comprises a first vertical plate, first connecting plates are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of one side of the first vertical plate, and first connecting flanges are arranged at the positions, away from the first vertical plate, of the first connecting plates; a transverse plate is arranged on the other side of the vertical plate I; the second workpiece comprises a second vertical plate, second connecting plates are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of one side of the second vertical plate, second connecting flanges are arranged at the positions, away from the second vertical plate, of the second connecting plates, and trunnions are arranged on the other side of the second vertical plate. The first workpiece and the second workpiece are connected through a bolt penetrating through the first connecting flange and the second connecting flange after being buckled. A detachable hoop type structure is adopted to be connected with the stand column of the rolling mill housing, the problem that the rolling mill housing is not provided with a lifting lug is solved, meanwhile, a lifting point is moved downwards, and the length of a steel wire rope between lifting equipment and the highest point of the rolling mill housing is effectively shortened.

    本发明涉及设备安装技术领域,尤其涉及一种无吊耳轧机牌坊的吊装装置及方法,包括工件一和工件二,工件一包括立板一,立板一的一侧在其两端对称设置有连接板一,连接板一远离立板一的位置设置有连接法兰一;立板一的另一侧设置有横板;工件二包括立板二,立板二的一侧在其两端对称设置有连接板二,连接板二远离立板二的位置设置有连接法兰二,立板二的另一侧设置有耳轴;工件一和工件二对扣后通过贯穿连接法兰一和连接法兰二的螺栓连接。采用可拆卸抱箍式结构与轧机牌坊的立柱连接,解决了轧机牌坊没有吊耳的问题,同时将吊装点下移,有效缩短了吊装设备与轧机牌坊最高点之间的钢丝绳长度。
