The invention provides a tubular booster-type electric power steering device, wherein a connecting part connected with an adapter plate is disposed on a lower shell body, the outer surface of an installation end of the connecting part is a plane, and at least three first screw holes coordinated with the adapter plate are disposed in the plane; the first screw holes are uniformly distributed on a circle with the plane center as the circle center; and furthermore, a plurality of screw hole bosses are disposed to expand a selective scope of fixation manners, so that the design objective of placement of a shell body within 360 DEG can be realized better, an applicable scope of the shell body in a C-EPS is expanded, and applicable car types increase. Aiming at deficiencies in strength and fixed points of a connecting structure between the C-EPS lower shell body and a car body in the prior art, the tubular booster-type electric power steering device provided by the invention provides a connecting structure with a large contact area and the multiple fixation manners, which satisfies demands for actual applications.
