The invention discloses a rice harvesting device. The rice harvesting device comprises a working chamber, a driving cab and a vibration reducing wheel, wherein the working chamber consists of a working chamber main body, a threshing bin, a storage bin, a feeding port and a discharging port; the feeding port is arranged at the left end of the working chamber main body; the discharging port is arranged at the bottom part of the working chamber main body; the threshing bin and the storage bin are arranged in the working chamber main body and are connected by a transferring belt; the vibration reducing wheel is arranged under the working chamber main body; the driving cab consists of a driving cab main body, a control platform, a steering wheel, an engine and a driving seat; the control platform is arranged at the left end of the driving cab main body; the steering wheel is arranged on the control platform; the engine is arranged at the bottom part of the control platform; the driving seat is arranged at the right end of the driving cab main body; the threshing bin is internally provided with two threshing rollers; and the vibration reducing wheel comprises a wheel rim and a plurality of pneumatic spokes arranged in the wheel rim.
