The invention discloses a striding type motorcycle ABS controller installing structure which comprises a frame lower connecting tube (6), an air filter (8), an air filter air outlet tube, a rear vibration damper (9), a frame middle body left main tube (10), a frame middle body right main tube (11), a lower connecting plate (12) and an engine (13). An ABS controller (7) is arranged in the space defined by the air filter (8), the air filter air outlet tube, the rear vibration damper (9), the frame middle body left main tube (10), the frame middle body right main tube (11), the lower connecting plate (12) and the engine (13) and is installed on an ABS controller support (1). The striding type motorcycle ABS controller installing structure is simple in structure, low in processing difficulty and reliable in strength, does not easily deform or is not easily damaged, enables the ABS controller installation to be quick, convenient, firm and reliable, the vibration influence on the ABS controller is small, and the ABS controller is not caught in the rain or is damaged by splashed foreign matter.
