The invention discloses a lifter system using at least one flat stretching assembly as a suspension device. The at least one flat stretching assembly comprises a plurality of mutually independent tension elements and an elastic coating layer, wherein the elastic coating layer coats the plurality of tension elements arranged in the width direction; the at least one flat stretching assembly is provided with circular arc ribs on the pulled surface contacted with a traction sheave, and the circular arc ribs extend longitudinally and are aligned to the inside tension elements in a one-to-one correspondence manner; a plurality of circular arc grooves extending circumferentially are formed in a traction surface of the traction sheave and are aligned to and spliced with the circular arc ribs on the flat stretching assembly respectively; each diversion sheave is provided with a plurality of axially extending drum type outlines; each drum type outline has a smooth surface and is spliced with an opposite surface of the pulled surface of one flat stretching assembly. After the bulged ribs extending longitudinally on the traction surface of the at least one flat stretching assembly are spliced with the corresponding grooves in the traction sheave, movement of the at least one flat stretching assembly in the width direction can be limited.
