The invention discloses a single-lens panoramic unmanned aerial vehicle system. The single-lens panoramic unmanned aerial vehicle system comprises a machine body, a rotor wing system, a picture pick-up system, a power transmission system, an aircraft platform system and a ground control system. The rotor wing system and the picture pick-up system are arranged on the machine body, and the power transmission system is used for driving the rotor wing system; the aircraft platform system controls the picture pick-up system and the power transmission system, and the ground control system is in wireless connection with the aircraft platform system; and the picture pick-up system comprises at least one image collection device and an image processing module connected with the image collection device. The image collection device comprises a pan tilt fixedly connected with the machine body, a single-lens panoramic camera fixed to the pan tilt and a fish-eye lens arranged on the single-lens panoramic camera and used for collecting an image. The center of the fish-eye lens is arranged perpendicularly and downwards. According to the system, a traditional common lens is converted into the fish-eye lens, and the center of the fish-eye lens is arranged perpendicular to a plane where the machine body is located, so that the fish-eye lens can shoot the image within the maximum range.
