The invention relates to the field of automobile rear torsion-beam semi-independent suspensions, in particular to a transverse beam structure used for a rear torsion-beam suspension. The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide the transverse beam structure, which is increased in stiffness and strength, used for the rear torsion-beam suspension, thereby solving a beam side edge cracking problem. The transverse beam structure used for the rear torsion-beam suspension comprises a transverse beam which is of a V-shaped or U-shaped section, wherein a turnover edge is arranged on the side edge of the transverse beam; the two ends of the transverse beam are fixed on a longitudinal arm; and a damper supporting base, a tyre bracket and a spring base are further arranged on the longitudinal arm. According to the transverse beam structure used for the rear torsion-beam suspension, the rigidity and the stiffness of the transverse beam are increased by performing flanging process on the beam side edge. On this basis, the two ends of the transverse beam are fixed on the longitudinal arm so that the stability of the structure is greatly improved, and the beam can be prevented from cracks, even fractures better. Therefore, the safety of the whole vehicle is ensured. The transverse beam structure is particularly suitable for producing and manufacturing the rear torsion-beam suspension.
