The invention discloses an automobile rear torsion beam suspension which comprises a cross beam and a longitudinal arm, and a cross beam mounting sleeve is arranged on the longitudinal arm; the crossbeam comprises a cross beam main body, and round pipe connectors are arranged at the two ends of the cross beam main body; the round pipe connector is inserted into the cross beam mounting sleeve, andthe round pipe connector and the cross beam mounting sleeve are connected in a bonding and riveting combined mode. A bonding and riveting combined connection process is creatively adopted, so that the connection reliability is greatly improved, the rear torsion beam assembly can adapt to more complex and stricter working conditions, and the service life of a product is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种汽车后扭梁悬架,包括横梁和纵臂,所述纵臂上设置有横梁安装套管;所述横梁包括横梁主体,横梁主体的两端均具有圆管连接头;圆管连接头插入横梁安装套管内,圆管连接头与横梁安装套管之间通过粘接和铆接的组合方式连接。本发明创造性地采用粘接和铆接的组合连接工艺,大大提升了连接的可靠性,有利于后扭梁总成适应更加复杂、更加严苛的工况,提升产品寿命。
